A parliamentary candidate for Malawi’s ruling DPP Helen Buluma was assaulted by voters for distributing cash at a polling station at Dinde Primary School in Nsanje.
Buluma who is the Democratic Progressive Party candidate for Nsanje South West was rushed to hospital unconscious, her phone and money were stolen.
