African National Congress (ANC) President Cyril Ramaphosa campaigning in Phuthaditjhaba in the Free State province of South Africa on Saturday, 6 April 2019
South Africa’s general elections are scheduled for May 8 and the ANC won 11 436 921 votes (62.15%) in the 2014 election and secured 249 seats in the national assembly.
On the same day Ramaphosa also campaigned in Tseki, Mme Mohata and Qwaqwa Ward 10 all in the Free State province of South Africa.
